Unable to run the build engine

Hi Team,
When i am trying to request for a build, getting the below error.

"The build engines supporting "13.1" don not appear to be processing requests. You can still submit a request, but the build may never run. Are you sure you want to submit the request? "

I have already tried to start JBE, that is running fine may be this is different issue. Please help me on this.

when the JBE is started from the build toolkit, it registers its 'Name' with the RTC server you specify,
matching the Build engine definition you created. if one can't be found, the JBE ends.

when a job is started, it checks to see if there is a registered build engine n that name list.
