Is there a vendor that can replace CM-Logic's email reader plugin?

 We were using CM-Logic's email reader to convert email messages into RTC workitems. Now it appears CM-Logic has gone out of business, and I am wondering if there's another vendor product that does something similar.

We have not gone out of business, our domain provider had an error that took us off line.

 We're still having a problem reaching your website, but we'll try following up separately.

We already use the product (successfully) and we're looking for info about upgrading to 6.0.

All the development and support of CM-Logic applications have been acquired by Kintrax Limited. 
The developers and support staff are also now part of Kintrax Limited.
