My project area disappeared today - 25.07.2016
Hello everyone!
I have a problem with my project area. I have created several months ago a project area in sandbox environment. Today, I realised that it has disappeared and it is not accessible - neither Project Area nor any of the work items. Do you know if project areas on sandbox are removed after some time or there is a maintenance work going on right now on jazz.net servers?

When I try to access a project area I got the error: "The project Alior Trusted Advice App (Change and Configuration Management) does not exist or is not accessible with your credentials."

I also got the same problem, my sandbox projects are all removed.
If you go to https://jazz.net/products/sandbox/?tag=clm, you will see a notice
Maintenance note: IMMEDIATE NOTICE: 7/22/16 -- The trial cycle for this Cloud Trial System has ended on 2016 JUL 22 at 9:00 AM ET. All project areas will be removed. This Cloud Trial System will be offline from 2016 JUL 22 starting at 9:00 AM ET to 2016 JUL 25 at 4:00 PM ET for a scheduled maintenance.
Notice 1: 7/25/16 - This Cloud Trial System has been upgraded to CE G.0.2 GA. Look like this is expected and I have to create a new project to start with. |
