Is it possible visualize the history of change in the attributes in the same way that is possible visualize the document (artifact) history in the history window? Thinking in the same idea of ClearQuest history tab.

In the 1.x release, no, but in the upcoming 2.0 release the sidebar will be available in the history browser and will show the attribute groups and values that were set in that revision.
