Add custom fields to user profiles

 Good Afternoon

We are using RTC vs 5.0

Is there a way to add custom fields to the user profiles on RTC and be able to report on them, ie
Contract House
Full Time / Part Time
Cost Center etc

There is no change I am aware of.
