Applying SSL on RTC

I am recieving errors while applying SSL in RTC.
When I am sending the certificate, I am recieving the below error: "Your certificate request is refused and a certificate will not be issued at this time.

The request cannot be approved, because the address provided in the Certificate for section isn`t registered in neither internal nor external DNS.". Can anyone tell me the reason for this error?
