How can I get RTC process attachments via OSLC/REST?

I want to use OSLC or REST API to retrieve the content of the RTC project area attachments (They are contributed in RTC Client / Project Area / Links / Attachments). Are there any documents or hints for doing this actions?

I am able to upload/download through Java RTC API but I want to try another ways with OSLC/REST API.
