How to get the Risk Matrix Diagram in SCRUM?

Hi,

We will have risk matrix in formal, i want to have the same risk matrix attribute in scrum project also. the project area is already created and there are many customized workitems. is it possible to get it in the running project area?

  Hi Praveen,

yes, it is. In the project administrative area you can create a new work item type called "risk" and add the same attributes that the formal work item have (including the risk matrix). If the work item with this name already exist, you can update it and add the matrix. You can do that even if the project area is already running.

The risk matrix is a Non-Attribute-based presentation. You can find it in the list.
