Server License Kay Error

Hi,

I am at IBM, Toronto Lab and trying to activate RTC server with a license key that I received from a team manager.

When I try to upload the license.jar file I get following error:

CRJAZ09751 the policy requires the bundle com.ibm.team.jazzfoundation.server (1.0.0,1.1.0), but it could not be found.

Moreover, there is another message below this error that says:

The new server license does not support floating licenses. If the license changes are saved the active floating licenses will be terminated.

Could some one please help me out this problem?

I want to activate RTC server ASAP, so that I can continue my work
