What is the RTC equivalent of ClearCase rmelem?

How do I remove files completely from the repository, as with rmelem?

There is no equivalent to rmelem in RTC.

This is needed, with usage tightly controlled of course. People make mistakes; they import the wrong things, sometimes quite large files. At least before the files get really used (e.g. new versions or baselines) it should be possible for a project admin to step in and clean them out of the repository.

I've submitted work item 89619 for this (both for rmelem and for rmver).
I thought there was already a work item for this, but couldn't find it.
