 Hi All,

I have a requirement to develop an application to integrate ClearQuest with other application.

1. To start development I have to use ClearQuest designer or there is an ClearQuest eclipse client seperately( I am using ClearQuest version 8.0.0).

2. My ClearQuest designer UI is not showing Option to create new java project.But indirectly when I click on package option it give option to create java project.

3. And how I can make plug-in for ClearQuest CM api to eclipse.
     I am not getting what to do in the content mention in below link.
