Please help me with what kind of Data (Test cases +Defects) interfaces Quality Manager will support to allow other applications to have real time access to the data for reporting purposes.

Are Materialized Views access made available by QM?

You did not say what reporting tool you're going to use, but I suppose you will build your own using some sort of APIs? If so, have a look into the RQM reportable REST API.

P.S. If I'm not mistaken, materialized view is a database concept. RQM does not expose the database backend to any APIs in any ways.
