I think you don't understand what you are seeing and that causes the issue. Maybe I am wrong. In that case, paste the header and the lines containing the stories and the epic here.

Ideally export as CSV file, open it with a text editor and paste the content for the header and the lines of interest.

Please note again, if you select links such as parent as column to export, they will contain the ID of the work item that is referenced. so if you have an epic 1 that has three children 2,3,4 you will see a column
ID; Parent
1;
2; 1
3; 1
4; 1
This is as designed.

Ah, dang it, I missed that it is a Reporting question and it is also not tagged that way either. Not sure how to group it that way.
