Many of you extending Jazz have been studying our test plug-ins and
leveraging our testing infrastructure.

If you just downloaded M4 today, you may be wondering, "where are the
test plug-ins?". They used to be packaged in the source code download
zips, but for M4 they are being moved to a dedicated test download.
This download is not yet available on the M4 download page, but the work
is in progress and tracked in defect 19904.

When the test download is available, I'll update the wiki below to
reflect the change in packaging and what needs to be done to get the
tests into your target platform:
