Is it possible to change the layout of the generated PDF created by "Export to PDF" functionality in RQM?

In RQM (version 6.0) there is standard functionality to export artifacts like for instance a test plan to a PDF format.
The project is not completely satisfied with the layout of the report and wants to edit  the PDF (e.g. delete "modified date" column etc.).

Can we access the pdf generation format using reports and modify the formatting using the reporting facilities in that way? Or is there another solution?

We aim to finalize a Total Test Document (TTD) which should include at least test plan, test case description, detailed test result and found defects.

The goal will be to generate this TTD from RQM by exporting one specific Test Plan. Here are the main problems we have:
Unuseful sections in test script: want to delete 'summary' and 'formal review' sections
Unuseful sections in test case execution record: want to remove 'Weight Distribution', 'Test Environment', 'Categories', 'Previous Results', 'Notes', 'Execution Variables', 'Formal Review', 'State of Test Artifacts' and 'Associated E-Signature'.
Delete 'Copied from' and 'copied To' information in test case and test script
Would be better if we can customize the information we want to put in the exported table: like we don't want the 'Modified' column in the 'Test Case Execution Records' table.

The Export to PDF feature does not seem to be the right fit for what you are trying to do.  The PDFs produced by this feature are not very customizable, they are meant to reflect what is found in the web client, so most of the "customization" happens by changing what is in the web client (e.g. removing sections, changing columns).  Think of this feature more like a way to create a printer friendly version of what you see in the web client than a report.

It seems like what you are really looking for is a way to create a custom report.  You may want to look into the various reporting solutions offered.  In particular, based on what you said here, I suggest you look into RRDG.
