Hi,

I am writing a script where it can automatically create RTC work item when trigger.  How/where can I obtain the UUID for rtc_cm:Category, rtc_cm:projectArea, rtc_cm:hierarchicalName and so on?

What "script" do you have in mind? JavaScript, cURL, or Java?
