 In DOORS Next generation there are some special type of Artifacts like simple flow diagram, User Interface Sketch, User Interface Part, Business Process Diagram, Use-Case Diagram etc

Is there a way to export these artifacts and the normal Text Artifact to RTF/DOC/PDF?

Hi Kapil,

You can use the Create and Print feature for PDF or Word.  This will create a PDF or Word document with the artifact.
Print artifact to PDF or Word

One query about "Use-Case Diagram" artifacts, In DOORS 5.0.2 Create and Print feature for PDF or Word for does not contain the use case diagram image. Is this a Bug? Is there a work around?

I suspect you are experiencing this defect:
Graphical artifacts not printing to word/pdf (92645)

This was fixed in the 6.0 release. There are fixes available for this for the 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 products, but you will need to contact IBM Support to request them as they are not part of the iFix.
