Unable to create WIS using Task Template in RTC
HI Team,
We have provided Create WIs permission to the role . We create a task template.
While trying to create WIs using the template , we are getting the below error.
The work items were not created. Details: CRJAZ6053E The 'Save Work Item' operation cannot be completed. Permission is required to complete the operation.
We are using RTC 5.0.1. Only for a particular role we are getting the error but Tool Admins can able to create WIS using the task template

Hi, Suggest you look at the detailed permission model for Teams for each work item type.. You may find that "the role" can create work items - but in the details that work item Type is not listed/Checked Just a suggestion. Regards Matt Muller |
