What does "could not select iterations to use in velocity report" mean in RTC 60 quickplanner view?

On RTC 6.0 (sample project area - based on JKE banking) a message as highlighted below is seen

could not select iterations to use in velocity report

What does it mean?
Steps to arrive at this page:
a. Go to RTC sample project area "JKE Banking"
b. Click "Quick Planner" under "Plans" view.
c. Click on "Velocity Report" twistie and you will see the message..

This, in 99% of the cases means that there is no such data in the data warehouse. E.g. the data collection component or data warehouse is not set up or the data collection jobs did not run, or there are no iterations, or different assumptions about the project set up.

Thank you Ralph, but i tried ruling out datawarehouse, no iteration - so these 2 dont seem to be an issue.
i.e., DW have run succesfully, there are iterations (its on JKE Banking CCM project area).

Anything else we could think of?
