RajeshBabu V (4612) | asked Jul 22 '09, 2:57 a.m.
Hi All,
We have installed RQM2.0 Beta on Windows XP SP2, I installed jazz.war and help.war with WAS 6.1.0.23 by following the help document. After successfull installation I was trying to login to RQM using the URL : https://localhost:9446/jazz/admin but I'm getting the following message in the browser
" You are not authorized to access the Jazz Team Server Admin UI "

Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks,
Rajesh

Do you use a Jazz Repository Administrator user/pwd? Have you tried
ADMIN/ADMIN?

Hope this helps,

Chemi.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
The URL that you are using is the one used by Rational Team Concert. For RQM, just log in with https://localhost:9443/jazz/web/console.

Then, go to Admin to make any configuration changes.

Also, if you created another Admin ID, use that ID rather than ADMIN/ADMIN.

Hi,

I have used https://pslocalhost:9446/jazz/web/console also, however I was getting the following message "Error 404: ProxyServlet: /jazz/web/console " in the browser. :(

Hi Rajesh,

You have probably overridden the default Admin role in the Jazz Team Server Setup (https://localhost:9443/jazz/setup).

Vijay

Hi Vijay,

Thanks for your Reply, As per the Installation doc, I have used two .props files one is groups.props and other is users.props. I have configured the ADMIN user in those files. Could you please provide any pointers to overcome this problem.

Thanks,
Rajesh

Hi,

VJ is right. You need to login as the other user that you have created. This user must have bee given Admin rights.
