Is it possible to import the Hardware Serial Number for Lab Resources using the RQMExcelWordImporter?

I have a user who is attempting to import Lab Resources into RQM using the RQMExcelWordImporter tool. He has identified most of the attributes he is interested in the data dictionaries online, but hasn't been able to find anything for the Serial Number that is part of the Hardware section of the Lab Resource. Does anyone know how to identify the serial number for import? Our server is running RQM 5.0.2.

Hi Jamie,

Currently we don't support importing Serail Number for Lab Resource in RQMExcelWordImporter.
