JAZZ_HOME limitation

Christophe Elek (2.9k13021) | asked Jul 17 '09, 6:24 a.m.
JAZZ DEVELOPER
I installed RTC 2.0 without Tomcat
I set the JAZZ_HOME in WAS
I got issues where the database was found but was empty
When i changed the teamserver.properties to the full path of derby, it
worked

Isn't JAZZ_HOME supposed to be the only property we have to set ?

Not sure if this is relevant in this context, but there are other properties that must be set in WAS as per documentation.

    Add the following properties: Click New; enter the Name and Value; then click OK.

    * Name: java.awt.headless Value: true
    * Name: org.eclipse.emf.ecore.plugin.EcorePlugin.doNotLoadResourcesPlugin Value: true
    * Name: JAZZ_HOME Value: file:///JazzInstallDir/server/conf
