Hi,

Can anybody assist me please? I am getting the below error :-

Error fetching user data. Please check your registry configuration.

: null

This is on a new server within WAS, and happens for any user.
Info:-

previous WAS server removed, and this one recreated, all files deleted. DB2 9.1, WAS 6.1.0.21 Windows 2003 server.

Any assitance gratefully received.

Mark.

RQM2.0 requires the WAS FP to be updated to 23, then an additional step to config LDAP :
If you use the WAS(6.1) Integrated Solutions Console, and browse to
Security -> Secure administration, applications, and infrastructure -> Web Security - General Settings.

On that page, the "Use available authentication data when an unprotected URI is accessed " must be checked. Then stop and restart the WAS server...then can go to RQM jazz/setup to configure LDAP and continue....

These should help.
