How to configure RQM to do not convert "latin signs" in Special Characters when generating Excel Reports?

Dalton Stoqui (112) | asked Jul 15 '15, 10:36 a.m.
When writing Test Cases using Excel Spreadsheet, some test names was written using "latin signs", for example, "ã, ó, ê, etc...". The CLM import is OK and the Test Cases appear correclty on the tool. But, when I generate the Excel report, this "latin signs" is converted in special characters, for example:

ORIGINAL NAME: NON-KERNEL_BILLING_Facturación_PP. Mi PYME_Verify file integrity
AFTER CREATING REPORT: NON-KERNEL_BILLING_Facturación_PP. Mi PYME_Verify file integrity

How to configure it to keep the original name?

What version of QM are you currently using?
I tried this in 5.0.2 iFix006 using the example noted in your question; the export (Download to csv option) worked as expected (see the embedded screenshot
