Error during upload *.ppt file

 Hi,

I need help and may be somebody faced with the same problem.
I got follow error during upload of *.ppt file:

Error uploading file: CRJAZ1036E. The following content could not saved: StoredContent(_wSegQCryEeWzY5aFaDhYig, application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.presentationml.presentation, 924800, None, HashCode(0x64d6e230))

hi Sveta,

1. Which product and which version is being used
2. If RTC, is the file being saved to a workitem or being checked in
3. WHich client is being used.  If a browser, does this issue occur in other browsers
4. How large is the file
5. Is a web server in the topology

There should be more information in the application log file (e.g. ccm.log). Look for the text above, and SQLException  or ContentStorageException. The code is trying to execute an SQL insert statement and failing.
