How to increase JRS report output limit?

JRS installs with a 3000 row default limit to report output.  How can we change that setting?  In our environment JRS is running on WAS, will we have to restart the WAS profile/JVM to enable the change to the setting?

 Hi Kevin,

You can increase the number of rows in the output by modifying the query.results.limit property in the app.properties file in the RRDI\jrs\JazzTeamServer\server\conf\rs directory. After making a change to the property, a restart of the WAS profile will be required for it to take effect.

There is an option to set this property to unlimited but doing so opens you up to the risk of executing a long running and poorly performing query against your data warehouse especially in the case of an Advanced SQL based report. The worst case scenario if this happens would be having to restart your data warehouse unless it has a query timeout configured to automatically terminate such queries. This is in part why there is a limit of 3000 results as it can help protect against such a scenario.
