CLM 6.0 Deployment

Hi,
 Successfully, i could install the clm 6.0 on windows having CCM,RM,JTS, QM, DCC, RS, LQE, LDX component.(WAS 8.5.5 and db2)

Just checking the jts.log file and found following error message. Any idea what is this error about??

 HTTP method 'GET' call to 'https://mapanda3:9443/ldx/api/data-partition-config/default' caused response code '503,Service Unavailable'.

Response:

CRLQE0871E Link Index Provider failed to instantiate a JDBC data source.  Please restart Link Index Provider and enter a valid JDBC configuration in the dbconnection.properties file or via the web UI.
