com.ibm.team.repository.service.tests.internal.activate.ServiceC" service failed to activate because a service that it depends on, "com.ibm.team.repository.service.tests.internal.activate.IServiceB", failed to be activated

This happened while doing RTC Extension 4.0  workshop, creating project area for jetty server .

This is a service error test and has always been there. No reason for concerns.

But problem is because of this I am not able deploy templates or import templates with error saying Developer license still deactivated.

I am using RTC 4.0.7 Eclipse client , following steps of RTC 4.0 extension workshop in creating project Test project 1 in jetty server .

No, the license error is because you did not upload the license file. It does not have anything to do with that service error.
