We are tranisitioning from JIRA to Rational CLM and I was wondering if CLM has a plugin or the capability to SU (sudo) or login as a different user. This JIRA plugin is very valuable as an administrator to help troubleshoot a user having problems.  Does Rational have this capability for admins?

far as I know there is no user impersonation capability for admin.

 Thanks, after doing some research, I don't believe it does as well.  I will submit it as an enhancement request.  Thanks again for your help!
