Does Rational CLM have a SU Plugin like JIRA?

We are tranisitioning from JIRA to Rational CLM and I was wondering if CLM has a plugin or the capability to SU (sudo) or login as a different user. This JIRA plugin is very valuable as an administrator to help troubleshoot a user having problems. Does Rational have this capability for admins?

far as I know there is no user impersonation capability for admin.
