How to find all Workitem Types in a ProjectArea using RTC Api?

Hi,

I would like to list out all the workitem types and workflows present in Project area.
i.e. Different workitem types are ,
task, defect, story...
and Workflows are ,
task workflow, defect workflow, story workflow...

Is there any API to find these?
