Debug TeamConcert startup ?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Ummm, i used to be bale to start TeamConcert with -debug -console -
consolelog to see the startup execution
Now, very strangely, ALL my TeamConcert start without opening the CMD
window...
Anyone has an idea ?
