How to create a link from RTC to a RQM test case using OSLC?

I am working on creating a test case in RQM and a workitem in RTC and link the workitem to RQM test case. Thoughi could create both the artifacts, I am not able to figure out how to link them through OSLC. Any help will be appreciated.

I dont know how we do it or can we with oslc but we can do it java api... Please check this link.
