How to modify the error message of RTC delegated Creation Dialog?

Improper(repetitive) error message while creating work item from delegated creation dialog.

Steps:
  • Open delegated creation dialog in browser
  • Do not fill the mandatory fields(i.e. "Summary" and "Filed Against") required to create a work item
  • Click on "OK" button to create work item
RTC delegated Creation Dialog provides error message to fill the mandatory required fields.

But, the message is repetitive. It states the same sentence(i.e. 'The Summary attribute needs to be set') twice (as shown in the below snapshot).



Could you please guide on how to remove this repetitive message?

Unable to upload the snapshot. Please find the error message as shown below:

"'Save Work Item' failed. Preconditions have not been met: The 'Summary' attribute needs to be set (work item <12:26:22>).
The 'Summary' attribute needs to be set (work item <12:26:22>)."
