 Hello,
I need decrease the default 30 minutes extension of a floating license.
how can I change the default 30 minutes extension time of the floating license in RQM/CCM?

There are parameters in the Advanced server properties of JTS.

I am not sure, but tinkering with the timeouts to have more licenses available then purchased is likely to violate the license statement.

let me rephrase , is there a way to logout users from the server or from rest  api?

You can not change the expiration on a user, as far as I know. I don't know if you can force logout a user.
