Unable to create CLM 6.0 M9 Sandbox

Justin Dyer (3135) | asked Mar 04 '15, 9:42 a.m.
Hello

Every time I try to create a sandbox I get the following message regardless of what name I choose:
An error occurred during project area creation. The project name may already be in use. Retry now with a different project name or try again in a few minutes.

This may be because I have a sandbox for 5.0.2 already.  I am no longer using that sandbox but I can't find anyway to delete.  Can someone please delete the 5.0.2 sandbox so I can create a 6.0 sandbox and try the new CfgM capabilities?

Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin -- our apologies, but we're having a bit of trouble with our cloud trial environment. We're working to resolve the issue as we speak. Hope to have everything back online within the hour.

 Hello Miran,

Are there still issues with the sandbox?  I can see other people have been able to create projects since yesterday but I am still unable to.
