Need Tab Specific Work Item Approval Process. Is it possible?

I have one requirement where i need to have multiple tab specific approval process.
I am able to add that but when i am selecting approval in one tab, its status is replicating in other tabs.
I thought it is tab sepcific, but it seems i can't have and approval status replicates automatically in other tabs.
Is there any other way to achieve this?
