Hi,

Is it possible with RTC to have a field under the workitem that controls the worflow the workitem will follow

for example Field name Track, values (Normal, CritSit, Minor)

Each value will set the workitem to follow workflow. customer have this implemented using CQ and wants the same func. in RTC

A work item can only have one workflow. The only thing you could do is to change the work item type based on that attribute. You would basically have different work item types for the different criticalities.
