Hi,

Can you provide us some detail information of your environment and operation process?
1. What's the platform of RQM?
2. As we don't support the integration of RQM 1.0.0 with RTC, if your problems happened after you upgraded to RQM 1.0.1.1, then you configure the integration with RTC 1.0.1.1?
If my understanding is incorrect, pls also provide us the detail information or operation steps?

Thank you.

Hi,

ad1.
- Rational Jazz Team Server (RQM) - Standard
- Server Version - 1.0.1.1 (M20090225-1543)
- Server VM:
J2RE 1.5.0 IBM J9 2.3 Windows Server 2003 x86-32 j9vmwi3223-20080315 (JIT enabled)
J9VM - 20080314_17962_lHdSMr
JIT - 20080130_0718ifx2_r8
GC - 200802_08
- DB (status in RQM = configured correctly): JDBC, Oracle 9

ad2.
First we have integrated RQM 1.0.0 with RTC 1.0.0.. Everything worked correct. After a few weeks , we have decided to upgrade - we have upgraded to RQM 1.0.1.1, then to RTC 1.0.1.1. In RTC 1.0.1.1. we started with connection to our project area, we have inserted: URI, Name, User ID, Password and clicked "Finish". Consequently appeared that error message.

Thank you.

1. RQM 1.0.0 don's support the integration RTC 1.0.0. RQM 1.0.1 starts to support integration with RTC. Pls confirm you RQM version. :)
2. RQM don't support Oracle 9, you can check 'Hardware and Software' in 'http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v1r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational', RQM supports Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition Release 2 10.2.0.1.
