I get an error trying to create an ER on jazz.net.
Permission Denied.
You don't have permission to perform the following actions:
Confirm (Eclipse Way Workflow) (action/com.ibm.team.workitem.eclipseWayWorkflow.action.confirm).
Others have had this issue. Try to change the Filed Against field. It is possible that the team you've selected does not have permissions set correctly for the Everyone role.

I file my issue against another team and changed it after it was created. Can someone please fix this issue? If I file against MSSCCI I can’t create an issue.
