Are you sure you want to use the RTC-CQ bridge? The bridge creates links between the records in CQ and RTC. The Synchronizer actually accomplishes the information exchange that I think you want.

After some reads I also saw your presentation on YouTube :

In fact it is exactly what I need create OSLC link automatically like Bridge do manually with same hover properties.
I know how to create new CQ defect using Rest API and the schema was already applied to include new OSLC Links fields in CQ defect
But for some unknown reason the Defect is created with OSLC links empties.
Have you any sample how doing this ?I also can create relatedChangeManagement link from RTC to CQ defect but this link does not have hover property
