birt report not showing all results
Hello,
I created a BIRT report to list a type of work items from a specific team area. But there are some work items missing, when running the report in RTC. The total number of these work items in the team area is not larger then 100, so i do not think that there are any size restrictions in the way. If i run a query for listing all the work items of that specific type, from the selected team area, there are ALL there. The work items are also shown in the preview of the report template. They are only missing from the report! Does anyone have an idea about this issue? Thanks a lot!!!! Andrada |

Hi Andrada,
Do you see the issue in both report designer and deployed report? There is a limitation on nyumber of results returned in data source in report designer: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/105234/why-birt-report-across-multiple-rtc-projects-do-not-list-all-wis-which-would-have-otherwise-listed-project-by-project. Please check whether your have exactly this issue. |

I have not found the cause of the issue, but it is solved now that we up-grated from RTC 3.01 to RTC 4 |
