Any way to get a count of number of times a work item has been reopened/state changed

Hi, I'm working on a report in Rational Insight Query Studio to gather the defects have been reopened.  I was looking for a way to figure out the number of times this work item has been reopened and has had its state changed in RTC.  Was there a way to report on this?  I was looking at the Operational Data Store > Request Area and wondered if one of these tables stored this information.

Yes, look at Request Area -> Request State History.

This has a record of each state change, the old state, new state, and the date it changed.  You should be able to do a count on a specific combination if needed.
