Can RTC be installed and used on SLES 10 SP2?
SLES 10 SP1 is supported.

Are there any known problems with SP2? When will it officially be supported?

There are no known problems with SP2. We will look into supporting SP2 for RTC 2.0. I suggest you watch the Jazz Foundation release plan for details of this. The RTC release plan simply references the Foundation plan for supported platforms:
