what process role can do what in DM?

Hi,

in our DM installation we have the following process roles:

project lead, publisher, editor, commenter, architect.

Now I wonder which role can do what. I know that project lead can set permissions, assigned roles, start reviews etc. etc. But what about the others? How can I figure out within Design Manager?

Thanks, Derk.

You should be able to see the current permissions associated with arole and modify them as described in the InfoCenter:

Thank you, Lara

Hi,

I have to admit, I am confused.
E.g.
1.) I thought before that "Resource Links" controls the rights to create dependencies. (Project - Edit "Project" - Tab dependencies). But it seems that every role can do that. Looks like a resource link is not a dependency. Which of the items below controls the dependencies between project areas and snapshots?
2.) Delete workspace content (Project - File - Manage - Actions "Delete"). Looks like that I need to be Project Lead or Publisher (not sure which one) in order to do this. But which of the items below controls this?
3.) Create workspaces: no idea which item below controls this for each role.
4.) Create snapshot: no idea which item below controls this for each role.
