Does IBM CLM supports hosting on other cloud systems available in market both open source and commercial? if so please mention the name of the cloud vendor.

In case you haven't heard about JazzHub, it's essentially Rational Team Concert in the cloud. JazzHub is hosted by IBM, so you don't have to worry about the server yourself. You can check it out at hub.jazz.net.
