Availability of Reports for Different Process Templates

I notice that using the Simple Team and Cloudburst process templates result in no reports being deployed. The other four templates (Agile, Scrum, OpenUp, Eclipse) all deploy numerous reports.

I know that some of these (e.g., Burndown) are specific to iterative development. Many, however, (e.g., Blocking Work Items, Build Health, Code Coverage, etc.) seem as though they would be valuable for any process.

Why are these not deployed as part of Simple and Cloudburst? Is there a simple way I can get them all loaded?
