How to avoid Opening UserRoles.faces dialog while granding permission to Users ?

iRAM Administrator (3152156135) | asked Oct 31 '13, 11:56 p.m.
iRAM community Administrator is getting always this UserRoles.faces dialog, while he granting permission the users from his "MyDashboard" under his Task list.
This dialog boxes appears "Update Users" button.

There is NO success, when Administrator click "OK" / "Cancel" button. The real objective of granting role to the users is NOT successful due to this dialog box.

Why this dialog box comes ? How to stop it come again ?

Thank you

That is the correct place to go. As Admin it is your responsibility to select which roles the user should have and then hit the update button. Then when you hit the "Update user" button the role is added to the user. Until then it is not.

The unfortunate part is after updating the user it doesn't take you back to the dashboard to complete the task. You have to do that by hand.
