Windows vista with Windows shell problem

We have installed RTC 4.0.2 in server and Windows shell clients in 3 systems. In two systems windows shell is working fine as they are installed on Windows xp.
But my third system is Windows Vista Business sp2, I am able to install in it but when i am trying to login it is not allowing me to login.

The following alert message occurred:

CRRTC8521E: Failed to contact the repository.

Please help me.

I would suggest to check firewall settings. This looks as the communication to the server does not work. Maybe it is blocked.

Windows Vista is not a supported OS for the shell client

I would recommend attempting to use the client on Windows 7, which is supported.
