Hi,

I'd like to be able to implement dependencies between work items. I've noticed that there is a blocks/depends on link type, and would like to have it so that if a user tries to save changes on a blocked work item before its dependent work item is resolved, then this save fails.

Is this something that exists already, or would I need to code custom Preconditions?
