How to test a soap 1.2 operation and get it to hit the stub in rational integration tester?

We are able to run soap 1.1 based operations in rational integration tester; however when we are running soap 1.2 messages we noticed the following:

Soap 1.1 in the Header Message (request) SOAPAction (String) and the value shows a url in double quotes.

However

Soap 1.2 in the Header Message (request) it does not show a Header Message
